1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tt77 ("tt77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tt77 website located at tt77.ws, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, games, betting markets, account services, payment systems, promotional programmes, and any other features or services offered by tt77 from time to time (collectively, the "Platform").

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", "Login", or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or interact with the Platform in any capacity.

tt77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the tt77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tt77 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 18, without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your country, state, province, or territory of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, including any minor, when registering or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of tt77, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated by tt77 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.

We encourage all users with children in their household to use appropriate parental control software and to keep their login credentials confidential.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access betting and gaming services on the tt77 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. tt77 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, tt77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void all pending and settled wagers placed from those accounts, and confiscate any funds held therein.

Account verification ("KYC — Know Your Customer") is a mandatory process that all registered players must complete prior to processing any withdrawal. During KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, such as a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered under your name.
• A selfie photograph alongside your photo ID, where requested by the tt77 compliance team.

tt77 will process all KYC documents submitted in good faith within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Pending verification, withdrawal requests may be held. tt77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or regulatory obligations.

Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tt77 support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tt77 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi banking institutions as may be added or removed from time to time. Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method selected. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. tt77 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees of their own, which are your responsibility. Deposited funds are credited to your tt77 account wallet and may be used immediately for betting and gaming upon successful processing.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. tt77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for fully verified accounts, though this may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit, subject to payment provider availability. tt77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.

Currency: All transactions on tt77 are denominated in BDT. tt77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits received in a currency other than BDT via an international payment route may be subject to conversion at rates determined by the applicable payment processor, with any shortfall or excess applied to your account accordingly.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, slots, esports, bingo, and instant game activity on the tt77 Platform is subject to these general rules as well as any specific product rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product only.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to maximum stake limits applicable to each market. tt77 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure, where a material event affecting the outcome occurred prior to bet acceptance, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation. Results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of match abandonment or postponement, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply as detailed in the sportsbook rules section.

Casino & Live Dealer Games: All casino games on the tt77 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time card dealing and roulette wheel spinning overseen by professional dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game software providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others — and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns per session.

Game Malfunctions: In the unlikely event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the display of information, tt77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account. tt77 is not liable for any winnings that were incorrectly displayed as a result of a system error.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been confirmed and accepted by the system.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account immediately upon round completion.
• Sports bet settlements occur as soon as the official result is confirmed by tt77's data providers, typically within a few hours of the event concluding.
• tt77 reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict access to certain markets for any account at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tt77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and cultural events such as Eid and Victory Day on December 16. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms. Unused or incomplete bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless otherwise stated, each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or by exploiting referral systems constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may restrict wagering to specific games or categories. For example, a slots bonus may not contribute toward wagering requirements if staked on live casino games. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the promotion's terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through bonus funds. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• tt77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of suspected bonus abuse, tt77 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the relevant account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tt77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, voiding of bets, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with tt77.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to conceal or misrepresent your geographical location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by tt77.
• Colluding with other players in any betting or gaming activity, including sharing hands in poker, coordinating bets in sports betting, or sharing account access.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or previously reported error may be voided by tt77.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform, including using tt77 as a conduit for processing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tt77 staff, agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software forming part of the tt77 Platform.

tt77 monitors Platform activity continuously for prohibited conduct using a combination of automated systems and manual review. The absence of immediate enforcement action does not constitute a waiver of tt77's right to take action at a later date upon detection.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

tt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party with appropriate authority.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have been dormant for a period of twelve consecutive months with a remaining balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard, consistent with applicable fair-play standards.

If you wish to close your tt77 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Upon permanent closure of an account — whether initiated by you or by tt77 — your personal data will be retained for the periods required by applicable data protection and anti-money laundering obligations, as set out in the tt77 Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and tt77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in the full legal documentation available on request from [email protected].
